Worth Their Weight is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funded entirely by donors, sponsors, and grants. We go out and find veterans and connect each one to the organizations that can help. When a VA claim is involved, we connect them to a VA-accredited VSO partner. We are not a law firm and we don't charge veterans a cent. Your gift is what makes that possible.
Every dollar has a job to do
Covers a veteran's round-trip ride to a medical or VA appointment.
Puts a phone in a veteran's hand and keeps them connected to us for six months.
Covers the outreach — mileage, time, and materials — it takes to track down and make contact with a veteran who's off the grid.
Covers a week of emergency lodging while we sort out housing.

What's the difference between a donation and My 2 Cents?
A donation is open to anyone and can be one-time or monthly. My 2 Cents is a separate, recurring campaign only for veterans who already receive VA compensation — it's a way to give back a small share of what you receive each month to fund finding the next veteran.
